Additional Information
[Product Introduction]
HA-soft80 is a non-ionic AC polymer combination product of polyethylene copolymer, special surfactants, and a unique formula emulsified through high-pressure fusion. It is a non-ionic emulsion that is non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, easily soluble in water, and exhibits good acid resistance, alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance, co-bath compatibility with resins, and resistance to layering and coagulation. The emulsion has a constant composition and excellent chemical stability, remaining non-layered during long-term storage. It is mainly used for the smooth and anti-wrinkle finishing of fabrics such as cotton, polyester-cotton blends, and medium-length fibers. It particularly improves the sewability of fabrics, preventing needle holes. After treatment, the fabric feels soft, has good elasticity, and an increased crease recovery angle. Product aliases: Wax emulsion, emulsified wax, polyethylene softener, polyethylene emulsion

[Performance and Features]
1. This product can be used in water-based coating systems and in the fields of polishes and varnishes for floors, leather, furniture, automobiles, paper products, etc. 2. It can be widely used in the production of water-based inks, liquid shoe polish, metal release agents, and other industries. 3. Used in the artificial board industry. Replacing paraffin waterproofing agents with emulsified wax in the production of fiberboard and particleboard can significantly reduce costs. 4. In the paper industry, using emulsified wax instead of rosin glue not only improves paper quality but also reduces production costs. 5. In agriculture, it is used as a preservative for fruits and vegetables, preventing the harmful effects of aging, drought, frost damage, and sunburn. After flowers are picked, soaking them in water and then treating them with emulsified wax can extend their lifespan. 6. Emulsified wax can be used as a lubricant in ceramic production, as well as a polish for plastic products and automobiles. 7. It is an excellent release agent for the polyurethane industry and other special industries. 8. When added to leather finishing agents, it enhances the wax feel and glossiness of leather; when added to color pastes, it also acts as a leveling agent and prevents the coating from becoming sticky when heated. 9. This product has good thermal stability and does not yellow. In the textile industry, it is mainly used as a softener and sizing auxiliary. It is widely used in the finishing and resin finishing of polyester/cotton, polyester/acrylic (viscose), cotton fabrics, and pure synthetic fabrics. The softener evenly penetrates the yarns of textiles, forming a polyethylene oxide film that coats the yarns, giving the finished fabric a soft and smooth hand feel. It also improves the physical properties of the fabric, reduces wear and tear, enhances tear resistance, and has no effect on rubbing fastness or wet washing fastness. It increases the crease recovery angle and can be used with various additives in resin finishing and general finishing. 10. Used in the production of adhesives.
